Money Mojo Brand

project overview
A Brand Built for Trusted Financial Education
Felicity Cooper, a reputable financial advisor with extensive expertise, sought to share her knowledge in a relatable way. In an era rife with get-rich-quick schemes and inexperienced advice-giving “influencers”, Felicity aimed to establish a trustworthy brand. My objective was to create a brand that authentically captured her essence, infusing her podcast and courses with her vibrant style and seasoned optimism.
The Problem
Felicity needed a standout brand that conveyed trust in a market crowded with unreliable financial advice.
the approach
Research for Financial Branding
I conducted thorough research to understand the financial education landscape and identify gaps where we could establish a unique and trustworthy brand, including a target market analysis and several personas for the brand to appeal directly to.
the method
Logo Exploration
The logo journey involved exploring various options to create a fresh, modern mark for digital platforms and merchandise. We started with sketches, and once a great concept was identified, we applied colors and styles to complete the contemporary business identity.
Developing the Money Mojo Brand Style
The Money Mojo logo strikes a delicate balance between modernity and delight, capturing the essence of a brand that is both professional and approachable. The design is clean and contemporary, with playful elements that add a sense of warmth and friendliness, making it accessible to a wide audience. The color palette was intentionally chosen to be highly visible and saturated, using bold hues that stand out against the more traditional, muted tones often associated with financial services. This approach ensures that Money Mojo distinguishes itself from the typical “stuffy suits” in the industry, creating a brand that is not only trustworthy but also engaging and visually memorable.
the impact
Money Mojo Brand Launch
Felicity was able to launch her brand quickly and immediately have reognizable and trustworthy brand. Templates for social media and a style guide for her to run with gave her brand a huge head start for a small business with a lot of impact.
